Synergy features a lineup of 3 types of material: Ultra-high 1.74 refractive index material, high index 1.67 material and 1.60 index material. Synergy 1.74 in particular is 48% thinner and 35% lighter than previous lenses thanks to the synergy between the ultra-high 1.74 refractive index material and the inner surface aspheric design.
